Tree Groundsman

Tree Huggerz is looking for a hardworking Tree Groundsman to support tree trimming and removal operations. This role is essential to keeping job sites safe, efficient, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is physically strong, safety-minded, and works well as part of a team while assisting climbers and arborists from the ground.



Responsibilities include:
• Clearing work areas, hauling branches, and managing debris
• Safely operating and maintaining chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, and equipment
• Assisting climbers by preparing ropes, tools, and ground support
• Keeping the job site safe, hazard-free, and well-communicated
• Assisting with pruning, fertilizing, and tree support work as directed
• Loading and hauling debris to disposal sites

Skills & Qualifications:
• Physically strong with good endurance
• Strong commitment to safety and PPE use
• Team-oriented with a good attitude
• Willingness to learn and follow direction
• Valid driver's license required (CDL a plus, not required)

Work Environment:
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Physically demanding, hands-on labor (lifting, bending, hauling)
• Team-based work supporting climbers and crew.
