Sales Representative (Tree Care)

Tree Huggerz is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to educate clients, assess tree and landscape needs, and sell professional tree care services. This role combines arboricultural knowledge with relationship-based sales, working with residential and commercial clients to provide pruning, removal, and plant health care solutions. The ideal candidate is confident, knowledgeable, and driven to close work the right way.



Responsibilities include:
• Meeting with existing and prospective clients to assess tree and landscape needs
• Performing on-site evaluations, diagnosing issues, and providing science-based recommendations
• Creating clear, competitive proposals and estimates
• Managing a sales territory and pipeline, including prospecting and networking
• Coordinating with operations and crew members to ensure jobs are completed safely and to client satisfaction
• Educating clients on tree health, pests, diseases, and long-term care programs
• Maintaining accurate sales records and performance reports

Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of arboriculture, tree biology, and plant health care
• Proven sales ability with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• ISA Certified Arborist strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to work both in the field and office

Experience:
• Background in tree care, landscaping, or related green industry preferred
• Ability to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
